How to reserve our facility.
  1. Check available dates
  2. Send an email inquiry and we will respond with prices and details
  3. Call or email to let us know you want to reserve our lodge
  4. We will email you a rental contract. (Just print, sign, and mail back with payment check)
  5. We will confirm your reservation by email when we receive your contract and check.

Our Promise to you:

  1. To provide a clean house. 
  2. The beds and bunk beds are all made with sheets and blankets. 
  3. We have a full kitchen with gas oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, pots, pans and cooking utensils. 
  4. We have 12 outdoor picnic tables to seat over 50 people. 
  5. Folding chairs and tables inside can seat 30 people in the game/meeting room.
  6. We provide full propane tanks and propane BBQ Grill. (Please no candles inside and no fire or BBQ over the wood decks)
  7. Campfire pit in backyard. Firewood is available at gas station and at VONS. 
  8. Plenty of free parking (Please let us know if you have oversize vehicles (buses/RV's) 
  9. Our lodge has forced air heating throughout (1 thermostat each house) and an automatic natural gas fireplace insert in the Blue House living room. 
  10. Free high speed WIFI in all buildings.

Your Promise to us: 
  1. Check in after 4pm and check out by 10am (unless otherwise arranging in contract) 
  2. The group leader named on the contract must be the first to arrive and check in. (Please remember, you must bring ID per contract.) 
  3. To treat our lodge with respect and clean up after yourselves before leaving
  4. To have a great time and tell your friends about our wonderful facility. 



                   Things to Bring Group Checklist
  1. Group Leader: To check in, you must have Valid ID, DL or Passport & Major Credit Card (per contract pg.2) 
  2. Towels (we do not provide towels)
  3. Toilet paper,  paper towels, napkins, garbage bags (18 & 30 gallon)
  4. Paper plates, bowls, silverware, tablecloths
  5. Shampoos, soaps, toiletries, sunscreen, First Aid Kit
  6. Drinks, coolers and ICE!
  7. Boom Box, Ipod + speakers,
  8. Alcohol is allowed if you group leader allows it. (Please drink responsibly! :)
  9. Some groups bring a large screen and video projector for movie nights.
  10. Toddlers? Consider bringing cribs, baby gates, outlet protectors, etc. (Our house is not kid safe.)

  12. Check Big Bear Weather Forecast 7-Day
  13. Check Road Conditions (Especially in winter!)
  14. We highly suggest you assign people to rooms before arrival

How to Check In?

The person who signed the contract must be the first to arrival and check in and sign paperwork. 
(or another group leader as designated on the contract page 1)
 Group Leader: To check in, you must have Valid ID, DL or Passport & Major Credit Card (per contract pg.2) 
Please call our office at (909) 866-8900 before you drive up the mountain. 
Give us your arrival time so we can meet you.
The office is on-site in the yellow house, not the 3-story Blue house. 
Richard or Grayson will be there to check you in.
